This is what led Paddy, the man behind Paddy’s Pizza Pies, to Naples in 2019. Here he learned from the best - Maestro Enzo Coccia, who was the first pizza maker to be recognised in the Michelin guide.

Beyond authentic taste - we're also deeply committed to community and quality. By sourcing ingredients from local artisans such as The Wooded Pig Meats, Sabanero Artisan Cheese, Too Savage Plant-Based Dips, Ger’s Hot Honey and Kerrigan’s Mushrooms, we ensure that each pizza not only tastes great but also contributes to supporting independent producers.
