Detailed Description
At Paddy’s Pizza Pies we honour the centuries-old tradition of Neapolitan pizza-making, by handcrafting fresh pizzas from our mobile wood fire oven. This is what led Paddy, the man behind Paddy’s Pizza Pies, to Naples in 2019. Here he learned from the best - Maestro Enzo Coccia, who was the first pizza maker to be recognised in the Michelin guide.
Beyond authentic taste - we're also deeply committed to community and quality. By sourcing ingredients from local artisans such as The Wooded Pig Meats, Sabanero Artisan Cheese, Too Savage Plant-Based Dips, Ger’s Hot Honey and Kerrigan’s Mushrooms, we ensure that each pizza not only tastes great but also contributes to supporting independent producers.
Adding even further appeal to their allure, Neapolitan pizzas can have up to 40% fewer calories than your typical pizza, making them the ultimate guilt-free treat. Mamma Mia!
